KIMSDU offers modern hostel facilities at nominal fees, supported by 24×7 dedicated staff to meet student needs. The university currently has 10 hostels with single, double, and triple occupancy, each room furnished with a bed, study table, chair, and cupboard.
Hostels feature study rooms, recreation areas, television rooms, and common telephone facilities, with mess services providing nutritious and varied cuisines. Manicured lawns and green surroundings create a calm environment conducive to studies, while strict safety and security measures ensure student well-being.
An international hostel is available with air-conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi, attached bathrooms, laundry services, and a television room, with mess options catering to diverse international tastes.
Two additional hostels are under construction, including an apartment-style hostel with two bedrooms, living space, kitchenette, and attached toilet in each unit.

At KIMSDU, students and staff can unwind and stay fit at the on-campus sports complex, offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities.
The campus features two gymnasiums—one for cardio and another for strength training—equipped with modern fitness equipment. A dedicated ladies’ gym and aerobics classes are also available.
Outdoor facilities include badminton, lawn tennis, volleyball, cricket, and football, while indoor activities like carrom, chess, and dartboard provide fun during hot or rainy days.
