Dr. (Mrs.) Vaishali Rajsinh Mohite

A distinguished nursing academic with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Vaishali Mohite has led innovations in nursing education, including the Ph.D. in Nursing and M.Sc. Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care programs. She has published 117 research papers (40 Scopus-indexed) and represented India at BRICS, ICM Asia-Pacific, and UNESCO Bioethics forums.
A Duke University scholar (2022) and ICN Leadership alumna, she has built global collaborations with UQTR (Canada), Germany, UK, and Ethiopia. Her honors include the Karmasiddhi Puraskar (2025) and Best Nursing Teacher Award (2023).
Under her leadership, the Breast Cancer Screening Initiative has screened 24,000+ rural women, while she continues to advance nursing education, research, and innovation at KINS.
