Dr. Yugantara R. Kadam

Dr. Yugantara R. Kadam is a distinguished academician with 33+ years of teaching experience, including 15 years at the postgraduate level. As Dean of KIMSDU, she drives innovation, promotes academic excellence, and fosters research and professional development.
An active IAPSM member, she has published 44 research papers, delivered 30 presentations, mentored ICMR STS projects, and co-investigates an ICMR-funded community health study, contributing significantly to public health research and initiatives.
Specializing in public health education, she has lectured on adolescent health, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, cancer, reproductive health, and gender equity, while advancing faculty and student development through MUHS sessions and training programs.
