The Ascensia Freshers’ Night of Krishna College of Physiotherapy was held on 4th March 2025 at Fern Residency, Karad, beginning at 5:00 pm. The event was organized to warmly welcome the new batch of students, helping them feel comfortable, connected, and truly a part of the vibrant college community.

Formal Function

The evening commenced with a traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony and an Invocation Song, creating an auspicious beginning.
The college committee then felicitated the dignitaries and faculty members.

This was followed by a warm Welcome Address by Cultural Secretary Ms. Arya Gune, setting a positive tone for the event.
Inspirational speeches were delivered by Dr. Smita Patil and Dean Dr. G. Varadharajulu, who shared valuable insights for the new students.

The formal program concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Ms. Diksha Patil and Ms. Siddhi Mane.

Informal Function

The informal segment began with introductions of the freshers, followed by energetic and creative dance performances, giving the newcomers a lively platform to showcase their talents.

Based on these performances, nominations for Mr. and Ms. Fresher were finalized.

The event also included engaging and fun competitions, adding excitement and interaction among students.

A concluding Vote of Thanks was delivered by Mr. Anirudha Awate. The evening ended on a cheerful note with delicious food, light music, and joyful conversations—making it a memorable and heartwarming welcome for the newest members of the KCP family.
