Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Karad organized a One-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Advancing OBE Implementation Through Artificial Intelligence” on Saturday, 18th October 2025, from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm.

The programme began with a welcome address by Dr. (Mrs.) A. N. Chivate, followed by the felicitation of the resource person Dr. R. J. Dias, Head, Government College of Pharmacy, Karad, by Dr. N. R. Jadhav, Dean and Convenor of the FDP. Dr. Vishwajeet S. Ghorpade introduced the resource person.

Dr. Dias conducted four interactive sessions covering:

• CO–PO formulation
• Bloom’s and other taxonomies
• OBE-based question paper design
• Blueprint preparation
• CO–PO attainment analysis

Live demonstrations using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini showcased the role of AI in automating OBE documentation, assessment, and reporting.

The FDP concluded with a Q&A session, participant feedback, and a vote of thanks by Dr. (Mrs.) A. N. Chivate.
Thirty-five faculty members participated actively, making the programme a success. Dr. N. R. Jadhav appreciated Dr. Dias’s expert insights and acknowledged the collective efforts that made the event impactful in enhancing AI-enabled OBE implementation.
