The Department of Pediatric Physiotherapy specializes in the rehabilitation of children with special needs through traditional and advanced therapeutic techniques. The department is committed to enhancing sensorimotor and cognitive abilities in children and helping them achieve independence with minimal support. It also focuses on high-quality clinical care, advanced therapy approaches, and research-oriented teaching for students. Daily practices include Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration (SI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Constrained Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT), Brain Gym, and Play Therapy.

The Pediatric Physiotherapy department is well-equipped with modern modalities such as Gait Lab, Biofeedback, TIMPS, BOT-2, TEACH, and SSP for diagnosing various neurological disorders in children. For treatment, the department has multiple gym exercisers, bicycles, a pediatric electrical treadmill, a parallel bar with mirror, Swiss balls, balance boards, and various play therapy tools.
