Nurses Training Program in Oncology

The Fellowship in Oncology Nursing is designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of nurses in delivering evidence-based cancer care. Rapid scientific and technological advancements, along with increased patient awareness, have heightened the expectations for high-quality oncology services. This program addresses these needs by preparing nurses to provide specialized care to patients and families affected by cancer—covering prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and palliative support. Recognizing that survival outcomes vary globally due to differences in education, practices, and resources, this curriculum emphasizes the importance of well-trained oncology nurses. It offers a structured learning model that enhances clinical competence, promotes multidisciplinary collaboration, and supports the delivery of compassionate, cost-effective, and evidence-based care for improved patient outcomes.
