This program provides medical graduates and healthcare professionals the opportunity to observe oncology teams in action. It covers outpatient clinics, inpatient care, chemotherapy and radiotherapy units, surgical procedures, and palliative care services. The observership builds awareness of cancer diagnosis, treatment pathways, and holistic patient support, preparing participants for advanced training or specialization in oncology.
