Fellowship in Arthoplasty
This one-year Fellowship in Arthroscopy is designed for orthopedic surgeons who want to master minimally invasive procedures for knee injuries and joint instability. The program offers hands-on experience with arthroscopic instruments and techniques like ACL/PCL reconstruction, meniscus repair, and treatment of multiligament injuries. Fellows also gain exposure to sports medicine, rehabilitation, and injury prevention strategies.
Overview
The Fellowship in Arthroscopy provides orthopedic postgraduates with structured training in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine. Through daily OPD and operation theater postings, fellows learn how to manage ligament injuries, perform knee arthroscopy, and follow post-surgical rehabilitation. The program includes regular academic activities, research, and a required publication. With expert mentorship and access to advanced surgical setups, this fellowship prepares surgeons for independent practice in arthroscopic and sports injury care.
To train orthopedic surgeons in the safe and advanced management of joint replacement surgeries through evidence-based protocols, modern implant techniques, and ethical orthopedic care.
To develop a systematic approach for evaluating and managing joint-related problems
