World Health Day Rally Held in Adopted Community

To mark World Health Day, on April 8, 2025 a health awareness rally was successfully conducted in the adopted community of Shere, Taluka Karad, District Satara, . The initiative was guided by Dr. Sharmishtha K. Garud, Assistant Professor, Department of Community Medicine, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad

Phase III undergraduate, intern, and postgraduate students actively participated in the rally, supported by Dr. Supriya Satish Patil, Professor and Dr. Shekhar Mahadeo Kumbhar, Associate PRofessor Department of Community Medicine, KIMS DU.

The Department of Community Medicine, KIMS DU, continues its commitment to community outreach and promoting health awareness through such initiatives.
